"I have a townhouse in Royal Pde, Parkville that has been on the rental market for almost 3 months. I decided to try out other rental agencies and one of them was Thomson. On the first meeting with Julie at the property, I was impressed by her frank and honest advice on the presentation of the property. When I signed over to Thomson, my property was advertised and opened for inspection almost immediately on a Thursday. I received a market update the day following the inspection. On the 2nd inspection on the Saturday morning, I met Julie's associate Joanne at the property. She made a remark when I mentioned it has been empty 2.5 months now - "We will find someone". The remark was said with such confidence it can only be described as extremely encouraging.

On the following Monday evening, Joanne rang and advised she has a suitable applicant. On Wednesday, the lease was signed. This is 3 business days to getting a suitable tenant and another 2 to sign them up; 5 business days after nearly 3 months with the previous agency! That can't be just luck. It has to be the personal attention they gave to the job and the better advertisements on their website and the public ones such as realestate.com.au. The first disbursement into my bank account was also spot on.

While I just came on board Thomson and on-going property management style is yet to be experienced, I can say right now that I am very pleased with my decision to go with them. This is also on top of the extra commission rate compared to the previous. They have already earned it. I have shared this experience with my colleagues who own investment properties".

Thomson Flemington was one of the agencies I had heard great things about and Filomena Vilas came out.
